Rosemary Petyarre was an Australian Aboriginal artist from the MacDonnell Ranges in the Northern Territory, known for her distinctive dot paintings depicting her country and Dreaming stories. She became prominent in the contemporary Indigenous Australian art movement from the 1980s onward.
