Prafulla Mohanti

Prafulla Mohanti (1936, 2020) was an Indian-British artist, writer, and architect born in Nanpur, Odisha, India. His work drew deeply from the folk art traditions of his native village, blending Indian spiritual and cultural motifs with a contemporary sensibility. He was also known for his literary contributions, including his memoir 'My Village, My Life,' which documented the rural life of Orissa.
