Ong Kim Seng

Ong Kim Seng is a celebrated Singaporean watercolorist renowned for his evocative depictions of Singapore's rapidly vanishing streetscapes, kampongs, and harbor scenes. He is one of Singapore's most decorated artists, having been awarded the Cultural Medallion in 1990, and is widely regarded as a master of the watercolor medium in Southeast Asia.
