Karl Pierre Daubigny (1846, 1886) was a French landscape painter and the son of the celebrated Barbizon artist Charles-François Daubigny, under whom he trained. He became known for his luminous depictions of rivers, forests, and countryside scenes, working in a style closely aligned with the Barbizon School and anticipating Impressionism. His works frequently appear at auction alongside those of his father and other 19th-century French masters.
