Jeremy Moon

Jeremy Moon (1934, 1973) was a British abstract painter known for his distinctive shaped canvases that challenged the conventional rectangular format. His works explored the relationship between color, form, and the edges of the painting itself, often using subtle hues and precise geometric compositions. Moon was a significant figure in the development of British abstraction during the 1960s and early 1970s before his untimely death in a motorcycle accident.
