Jaya Appasamy

Jaya Appasamy was a pioneering Indian art critic, historian, and painter who played a significant role in documenting and promoting modern Indian art during the mid-to-late 20th century. She was closely associated with the Bengal School of Art and contributed extensively to the study of Indian miniature painting and contemporary Indian artists.
