Jaime Davidovich was a pioneering video and media artist who founded the legendary Artists Television Network and co-created 'The Live! Show' on Manhattan Cable in the 1980s. His work explored the intersection of art, television, and mass media, often employing humor and parody to critique mainstream broadcasting conventions. He is best known for his alter ego 'Dr. Videovich' and his innovative contributions to early video art, with works in major collections including MoMA and the Whitney Museum.
