Gerald Murphy

Gerald Murphy was an American painter and set designer associated with the Lost Generation and modernist movements of the 1920s-1930s. He is known for his precisionist style and contributions to avant-garde theater and visual arts. Murphy spent much of his life in France and was a central figure in expatriate artistic circles.
