Clet Abraham

Clet Abraham is a French artist and sculptor based in Florence, Italy, best known for his witty and subversive interventions on official traffic and road signs, which he transforms using custom-designed vinyl stickers into playful, often philosophical visual commentaries. His interventions depict recurring figures such as a stickman interacting with the signs' original symbols, injecting humor and existential reflection into mundane urban infrastructure, and his works have appeared in cities across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In addition to his street interventions, Abraham maintains a studio practice producing sculptures, paintings, and multiples, and has exhibited in galleries internationally, occupying a unique space between street art and conceptual fine art.
