Tomáš Rajlich

Tomáš Rajlich creates monochromatic paintings that explore the fundamentals of painting through systematic approaches to surface, line, and color. Since the 1970s, he has developed a rigorous minimalist practice while living in the Netherlands, working primarily with white or gray canvases marked by grids or lines. His work is held in collections including Stedelijk Museum and Museum Kampa.
