Babak Golkar

Golkar creates conceptual sculptures, installations, and photographs that investigate systems of value, exchange, and cultural translation. His works like "Beggars' Bowl" (2010) and "Triptych" (2012) have been exhibited at the Vancouver Art Gallery, Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit, and international biennials. He explores how objects and materials carry meaning across different cultural and economic contexts.
