Adama Delphine Fawundu is a Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist and photographer of Sierra Leonean and Grenadian descent whose work explores themes of identity, spirituality, the African diaspora, and the Black female experience. Drawing on photography, mixed media, and archival imagery, she constructs layered visual narratives that challenge dominant representations of Black women and celebrate their resilience and ancestral connections. Her work has been exhibited widely and she is also known as a co-founder of MFON: Women Photographers of the African Diaspora.
