Iole de Freitas

De Freitas creates sculptures and site-specific installations using wire, metal, and transparent materials that explore spatial relationships. Her suspended linear structures and environmental works engage architectural space. She has exhibited at Venice Biennale and her work is held by Inhotim, Pinacoteca de São Paulo, and Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro.
