Iain Baxter&

Iain Baxter& (legally changed name to include ampersand in 2005) co-founded N.E. Thing Co. and continued creating conceptual works examining perception, ecology, and representation. Following his collaborative practice, his solo work maintained an interest in systems, documentation, and inflatable sculptures. He represented Canada at the 1980 Venice Biennale and his work is held in major collections including the National Gallery of Canada and Tate.
