Daniel Boyd is a Kudjla/Gangalu artist whose paintings employ dots of archival glue to obscure and reveal appropriated colonial imagery, challenging historical narratives of colonization and Indigenous presence. His works reference Old Master paintings, historical documents, and Aboriginal visual traditions. He has exhibited at major international venues and his work is held in the Art Gallery of New South Wales and Queensland Art Gallery.
