Lawrence Abu Hamdan

Lawrence Abu Hamdan is a sound artist and researcher who investigates the politics of listening, forensic audio analysis, and testimony. He won the Turner Prize in 2019 as part of a four-way shared prize and is known for his sonic investigations of human rights violations. His work is in the collections of the Tate, the Guggenheim, and the Van Abbemuseum.
