Mihail Chemiakin

Russian-American artist known for his neo-expressionist paintings, sculptures, and theatrical designs that blend Russian avant-garde traditions with contemporary aesthetics. He emigrated from the Soviet Union and became a prominent figure in the New York art scene from the 1970s onwards. His work often incorporates surrealist and grotesque imagery with vibrant colors.
