Petah Coyne

Creates elaborate baroque sculptures using wax, silk flowers, taxidermy, and other materials on weighted armatures. Her work explores themes of beauty, decay, and transformation through chandelier-like hanging sculptures. She has had major exhibitions at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art and Smithsonian American Art Museum.
