Rekha Rodwittiya

Rekha Rodwittiya is a prominent Indian contemporary artist known for her bold, figurative paintings that explore themes of feminism, identity, and the female body. Born in 1958 in Bangalore, she studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Baroda, and the Royal College of Art in London, becoming one of the leading voices in Indian feminist art. Her work is held in major collections and has been sold at auction houses including Saffronart and Christie's.
