Richard Tuttle

Tuttle creates understated sculptures, drawings, and installations using humble materials like paper, cloth, wire, and wood that explore the boundaries of art-making. His poetic, minimal interventions challenge scale, materiality, and perception. Major retrospectives have been held at the Whitney Museum, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and Tate Modern.
