Jitish Kallat works in painting, sculpture, photography, and installation, exploring cosmology, time, history, and urban life through layered imagery and diverse materials. His works include 'Public Notice 2' which reimagines Gandhi's 1930 Dandi March speech in fog and 'Covering Letter' which reframes Nehru's 'Tryst with Destiny' speech. He has exhibited at the Guggenheim, Mori Art Museum, and served as curator of the 2014 Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
