Sarah Crowner

Crowner creates large-scale sewn canvas paintings and ceramic installations that explore the relationship between painting, sculpture, and architecture. Her abstract geometric compositions draw from modernist design, textiles, and feminist art history. Her work has been exhibited at MoMA PS1, the New Museum, and the Whitney Museum.
