Paul Mpagi Sepuya

Sepuya creates photographs that fragment and reconfigure studio space, mirrors, and bodies to explore queer desire, portraiture, and photographic process. His conceptual approach deconstructs the conventions of studio photography. His work is collected by the Guggenheim, MoMA, and the Getty, establishing him as a leading contemporary photographer.
