Lebadang

Lebadang (born Hoi, 1922–2015) was a Vietnamese-French artist celebrated for his lyrical abstractions blending Eastern philosophy with Western modernism. He worked across painting, sculpture, lithography, and tapestry, developing a distinctive visual language marked by dynamic brushwork, vibrant color, and spiritual symbolism. His work was exhibited internationally and held in major collections including the Smithsonian Institution.
