Gary Hume

Gary Hume paints on aluminum panels using household gloss paint, creating images of flowers, portraits, and abstracted forms with smooth, reflective surfaces. He emerged from the Young British Artists movement in the 1990s. His work is held by Tate, the Saatchi Collection, and other major institutions.
