Alberto Biasi

Alberto Biasi (born 1937) is an Italian kinetic and optical artist, best known as a founding member of the Gruppo N collective based in Padua, which he co-founded in 1960. His work explores perception, light, and movement through the use of layered materials, reliefs, and rotating structures that create dynamic visual effects and optical illusions. Biasi is considered a key figure in the international kinetic art movement, with works held in major museum collections worldwide.
