Marcel Dyf

Marcel Dyf (1899–1985) was a French Impressionist painter celebrated for his luminous depictions of Provence, the French Riviera, and floral still lifes rendered in vibrant, sun-drenched colors. Largely self-taught, he developed a distinctive style rooted in Post-Impressionism, drawing comparisons to Renoir for his soft, radiant handling of light and color. His works have been consistently sought after at international auction houses, with strong sales at Christie's, Sotheby's, and Bonhams.
