Helen Marten

Helen Marten creates complex sculptural assemblages combining found objects, handmade elements, and commercial materials in enigmatic configurations. Her work employs visual puns and semantic slippages to explore language, labor, and perception. She won the Turner Prize in 2016 and has exhibited at the Serpentine Gallery and Kunsthalle Zürich.
