Osvaldo Borsani

Osvaldo Borsani (1911–1985) was an Italian designer, architect, and entrepreneur renowned for his innovative approach to modernist furniture design. As co-founder of Tecno, the Milan-based furniture company established with his brother Fulgenzio in 1953, Borsani became celebrated for his technically inventive and aesthetically refined pieces, particularly his adjustable and multifunctional furniture. His work bridged fine craftsmanship with industrial production, earning him a lasting place in the canon of 20th-century Italian design.
