Georgette Chen

Georgette Liying Chendana Chen, known as Georgette Chen, was a pioneering Singaporean painter who studied and worked within the School of Paris tradition. She is celebrated as one of the founders of the Nanyang style, a distinctive artistic movement that blended Western modernist techniques with Southeast Asian and Chinese cultural subjects.
