Carl Paul Jennewein

Carl Paul Jennewein (1890, 1978) was an American sculptor of German birth, renowned for his neoclassical and Art Deco works that blended classical tradition with modernist sensibility. He is particularly celebrated for his architectural sculpture, including the terracotta figures on the Philadelphia Museum of Art and bronze works in Washington, D.C.
