Manna works primarily in sculpture and film to examine how power is articulated through relationships with land, food, and the body. Her film "Wild Relatives" (2018) addresses seed banks and colonial botany, while her ceramic and stone sculptures reference archaeological objects. She has exhibited at the Berlin Biennale, documenta 14, and the Hammer Museum, and is collected by institutions including Tate Modern.
