Iosif Evstafievich Krachkovsky (1854, 1914) was a Russian landscape painter known for his atmospheric depictions of nature, particularly woodland scenes, rivers, and pastoral landscapes. A student of the Imperial Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, he was influenced by the Peredvizhniki (Wanderers) movement and became recognized for his lyrical, light-filled compositions. His works frequently appear at Russian auction houses and are held in various private and museum collections.
