Yasuhiro Wakabayashi, known professionally as Hiro, is a Japanese-American photographer celebrated for his highly stylized, technically precise fashion and advertising photography. Working primarily from the 1950s onward, he became a dominant force in American commercial photography, contributing iconic imagery to Harper's Bazaar under art director Marvin Israel and later on his own terms.
