Christopher Bucklow is a British artist best known for his large-scale photographic works created using a unique pinhole camera technique, most notably his celebrated 'Tetrarchs' and 'Guest' series, in which thousands of tiny holes in foil project images of the sun onto photographic paper to create luminous, figure-like silhouettes. His practice blends scientific process with spiritual and psychological inquiry, drawing on Jungian concepts of the self and the unconscious. Bucklow is regarded as a significant figure in contemporary British photography and has exhibited widely in international galleries and museums.
