A raw and visceral collaboration between painter Jenny Saville and photographer Glen Luchford, *Closed Contact #15* presents the human body pressed and distorted against a glass surface, rendered in the rich tones of a chromogenic print. The flesh appears compressed and abstracted, blurring the boundaries between photography and painting while challenging conventional ideals of beauty and form. Mounted in Plexiglas, the work itself echoes the sensation of pressure and containment depicted within the image.
