Louis Marie de Schryver

Louis Marie de Schryver (1862–1942) was a French academic painter celebrated for his vibrant depictions of Parisian street life, flower sellers, and elegant bourgeois society. A student of William-Adolphe Bouguereau and Tony Robert-Fleury, he regularly exhibited at the Paris Salon and gained international recognition for his meticulous detail and lush use of color.
