Garry Fabian Miller is a British artist known for his distinctive cameraless photography, creating luminous abstract works by passing light through organic materials such as leaves, seeds, and coloured gels directly onto photographic paper. Working in his Dartmoor studio, he has developed a deeply meditative practice rooted in the cycles of nature, time, and light, producing works of striking chromatic intensity. He is widely regarded as one of the foremost practitioners of photogram-based art, with his work held in major public collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum and Tate.
