Emily Sundblad

Emily Sundblad is a Swedish-born, New York-based artist whose multidisciplinary practice encompasses painting, performance, and music. Her work often blurs the boundaries between visual art and performance, drawing on art history, pop culture, and personal narrative with a playful yet intellectually rigorous approach. Sundblad is also known as a co-founder of the influential New York gallery Reena Spaulings Fine Art, which has played a significant role in contemporary art discourse since its founding in 2004.
