Brian Clarke

Brian Clarke (born 1953) is a British artist internationally renowned for his monumental architectural stained glass works, which blur the boundaries between fine art and architecture. His practice spans painting, printmaking, and large-scale glass installations, with major permanent works in buildings across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Clarke is widely regarded as one of the most important figures in the revival of stained glass as a serious contemporary art form, and has collaborated with architects including Norman Foster and Zaha Hadid.
