Aldo Londi (1911, 2003) was an Italian ceramic artist and designer best known for his work at Bitossi Ceramiche in Montelupo Fiorentino, where he served as artistic director for decades. He is celebrated for his iconic 'Rimini Blu' series, characterized by bold cobalt blue glazes and incised geometric and organic patterns inspired by African and pre-Columbian art. His distinctive mid-century modern ceramics have become highly sought after in the international design and auction market.
