Simone Pignoni

Simone Pignoni was an Italian Baroque painter born in Florence in 1611. He trained under Giovanni Biliverti and later Furini, developing a distinctive style characterized by soft, sensual figures and rich coloring. He was particularly celebrated for his depictions of mythological and religious subjects with lyrical, poetic qualities.
