Hassan Hajjaj

Hajjaj works in photography, creating vibrant portraits that blend fashion, advertising, and North African visual culture, often framing his works with repurposed consumer goods. Known as the 'Andy Warhol of Marrakech,' he photographs subjects in traditional and contemporary dress against bold patterned backdrops. His work has been exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum, Somerset House, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
