Nicola Costantino

Nicola Costantino is an Argentine contemporary artist born in 1964 in Rosario, Argentina, known for provocative works that explore the boundaries between the human body, identity, consumption, and desire. Her practice spans sculpture, performance, video, and installation, often incorporating unconventional materials such as human fat and skin-like substances to challenge notions of beauty, vanity, and the commodification of the body. Costantino has represented Argentina at the Venice Biennale and is considered one of the most significant Latin American artists of her generation.
