This 1992 colored etching with aquatint by Victor Pasmore demonstrates the artist's continued exploration of abstraction and formal composition in his later career. Printed by the acclaimed Jack Shirreff and published by Marlborough Graphics, the work exists as a printer's proof from an edition of 50 on the fine BFK Rives paper. The substantial sheet size of 567 by 499 millimeters allows the delicate interplay of line and color typical of Pasmore's sophisticated printmaking practice to achieve considerable visual presence.
