"Women of Allah" is a powerful series by Iranian-American artist Shirin Neshat, rendered in gelatin silver print with brush and ink. The works feature striking black-and-white photographic portraits of veiled Iranian women, their exposed skin intricately inscribed with Farsi poetry and text.
