Tarek Atoui

Atoui creates sound installations and performances using custom-built electronic and acoustic instruments, often collaborating with deaf communities and craftspeople. His project "The Reverse Collection" (2016) and "WITHIN" (2012-2013) have been shown at documenta 13, the Venice Biennale, and major museums including MoMA and Tate Modern. He pushes the boundaries of sound art by emphasizing tactile and visual dimensions of sonic experience.
