Tanabe Chikuunsai IV 四代 田辺竹雲斎

A master Japanese bamboo basketry artist of the 20th century, representing the fourth generation of the Tanabe Chikuunsai lineage. He was renowned for his innovative approaches to traditional woven bamboo forms and was recognized as a Living National Treasure of Japan.
