Salomé Lamas

Salomé Lamas is a Portuguese filmmaker and visual artist whose practice traverses documentary, experimental film, and video installation, often examining themes of ideology, identity, violence, and geopolitical history. She is best known for her feature-length film 'Noite Sem Distância' (2015) and 'Extinction' (2014), a raw portrait of a mercenary that probes the boundaries between fiction and documentary.
