Ernesto Deira

Ernesto Deira was an Argentine painter and founding member of the Grupo de los Cuatro (Group of Four), a movement that emerged in Buenos Aires in the late 1950s. Known for his expressionistic style and figuration, Deira's work often depicted social and political themes with bold colors and gestural brushwork. He remained an influential figure in Latin American modern art until his death in 1986.
